There may be times in our lives when some tasks can become more difficult to undertake without help and support, however, this does not mean that there is any reason as to why you should not maintain your independence.

By moving into one of VSA’s Very Sheltered Housing complexes you can keep your independence but have the comfort of knowing that care and extra support is available, whenever you need it. Assisted living is designed for people who need help with daily living activities but do not require the intense care that a nursing home would provide and where care at home is no longer sufficient.

Our services are designed to provide people with their own apartment and living space within a safe and secure environment.

Our team of support workers are on hand 24/7 to support you or your loved one's health and wellbeing and can provide support with daily activities such as: housekeeping, laundry, shopping and assistance with bathing, dressing and attending appointments. Each service is designed to promote independence in a home-like setting and offers communal areas such as: cafés, entertainment lounges, hair salon/beauty therapy room and enclosed outdoor gardens.

Our services will provide you or your loved ones with practical, emotional and social support. We have a range of daily activities, social events and recreational opportunities that help to maintain vital social interactions and companionship, reducing loneliness and isolation.
