Our bookshop has been a success due to the amazing volume of book donations that we receive each year. We are extremely grateful for YOUR support! Donations are always gratefully received - don't forget, CD's, Vinyls, DVD's, jigsaws and games are also very welcome too!
In person
Donations can be made in person anytime when the shop is open ie. Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm.
Larger donations (arriving by car)
The bookshop can be accessed at the rear car park, simply call 01224 212021 on arrival and a member of our team will assist.
Directions: Follow the road at the Castlegate passing the Citadel (Salvation Army) and the Carlton Bar. You will see our car park located on the right, as well as the back door, clearly displayed with VSA signage.
Collections
Collections for larger donations can be arranged in advance, within the local area (ie. Aberdeen City). Please note, due to limited resources it may not always be possible to arrange a collection, although we will always try our best. For any enquiries related to collections, please contact us on 01224 212021 (Mon-Fri, 10am - 3pm).
We deeply appreciate every donation we receive, but unfortunately there are several items we can not accept.
