CONNECT Mental Health Befriending Scheme
The CONNECT Mental Health Befriending Scheme is for adults who are experiencing mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder. It provides the opportunity to get out and about for those in the Aberdeen area who are isolated or lonely and feel they could benefit from this scheme. |

Craigton Grove
Craigton Grove provides excellent community-based supported accommodation to adults with learning disabilities in a purpose-built core and cluster house with additional neighbouring housing in Peterculter. |

Easter Anguston Farm
Easter Anguston Farm (Training Centre) provides vocational training for young people with learning disabilities. Easter Anguston is based on a 70 acre working farm and horticultural unit. |

Glenmhor
Glenmhor provides long-term accommodation for eight residents with mental health problems, promoting independence and links with the local community. |

Home Support Service
The Home Support Service works with older people with dementia and their families. Home Support workers offer 1:1 involvement with the older person in their own home, as well as providing support, advice and respite to carers. |

|
Millbank House
Millbank House provides supportive accommodation for up to 21 residents who have mental health problems. |

Northfield Lodge
Northfield Lodge provides barrier-free accommodation and staff support for eighteen service users with mental health problems. |

St Aubin's
St Aubin's provides residential care for eight people with mental health problems. Our emphasis is on promoting the development of daily living skills, the understanding and management of mental health problems and the building of confidence. |

Supporting People Service
The Supporting People Service provides housing support for people with mental health difficulties and/or dementia in their own homes. We aim to work proactively and responsively with service users to assist them to live as independently as possible. |

Wednesday Night Group
The Wednesday Night Group is a support group for older people with dementia and their carers to meet together. The group is an extension of the Weekend Day Care Service and Home Support Service. |

Weekend Day Care
The Weekend Day Care Service provides respite for carers through day care for up to fifteen older people with dementia on Saturdays and Sundays. Flexible transport is provided. |

Westerton
Westerton provides long-term accommodation for residents with mental health problems and physical health/mobility problems. |

Woodgrove Nursing Home
Woodgrove is a specialist dementia unit. Purpose-built and opened in 1997, Woodgrove incorporates several design features that specifically address the difficulties of working with people who experience dementia in a natural and homely environment. |
